  • Website in a Week is designed for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs who are ready to invest in a professional online presence and move quickly. If you value custom design, clear communication, and a focused, efficient process, this service is likely a great fit.

  • Before your build week begins, you’ll complete a pre-project exploratory packet that helps us understand your business, goals, and style. You’ll also send over any relevant assets—such as logos, color palettes, brand guidelines, copy, and imagery—so we can hit the ground running and make the most of our time together.

  • Once your site is live, we’ll walk you through how to manage it with confidence. This includes training on updating content, creating new pages, swapping photos, and managing products if you have a shop. You’ll also receive any brand assets we created during the project, so you can use them across other platforms or in printed materials. Plus, you’ll have two weeks of post-launch support for any questions or tweaks.

  • Yes—absolutely. Your website is built to be both beautiful and easy to manage. After launch, you’ll have full ownership and control of your site, along with training that shows you exactly how to make updates and keep things running smoothly.

  • To get started, contact us with a few details about your project and your preferred timing for the design week. We’ll reach out to discuss next steps and schedule a discovery call to make sure Website in a Week is the right fit for your goals.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is due when the contract is signed to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due on the final day of the design week, prior to site launch and transfer of ownership.

  • Because Website in a Week is a highly focused, time-intensive service, refunds are not available once the design week has begun. If you choose to cancel before the build week starts, the deposit will be retained and the design week will be released. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final result aligns with your vision.
